1. Thea - Mediterranean spot on the rooftop at Global Ambassador, absolutely beautiful views in the shadow of Camelback. Food is great, have had both dinner and brunch there. The Goddess of Dips plate is awesome, the lamb kabobs and shrimp sizzling dish were great. Good vegetarian choices as well!
2. Binkley's - not new to the Valley, just new to me. It was as advertised, amazing drinks and food, presentation and service were impeccable, so happy we were able to try before it closes down this summer. Try to get in if you can!!! Good luck Chef Binkley!
3. Cocina Chiwas - brought to you from the Taco Chiwas people, great spot in Temple. Birria quesadilla was bomb. Great margaritas too.
4. L'ame - steakhouse on the first floor of Global Ambassador, was good food, not spectacular. Better for people watching
